How ? ---go off my diet for 1 day: today is reward day!!!! look out, eating frozen -non-fat "peach yogurt" but only 2 small cups maybe, ok? life is short ..give me 7 stars *******
How are you celebrating the 4th of July?
Happy 4th to all who celebrate :) ok, today I should be doing laundry, but, no I am starting a new project,writing a new book title: The Empty Nest,:) Found a bird's nest, that had fallen on the ground, and thought about my family members who are no longer here, so took my camera and ... snapped , uploaded to my computer, and ideas started to " pop" , wonder what happen to the bird eggs, anyway it's the title to my new book " The Empty Nest" Minnie Mouse would be proud.....Ciao

June 15th is dad's special day so show him love, treat him to breakfast, lunch,or dinner. Do something great for him,but don't ask for monies, or ask him to drive ,,hey give him a rest. Invite him to your church, they have missed seeing his face and shaking his hand. Remember you have only one.
My Dad passed away feb.22,2002, I miss him greatly, so if you still have yours share him with someone on that day ok?
Love your family especially Mom and Dad, they are not here forever.
